A single business model cannot cater to the unique needs of different clients. Thus, we provide various Engagement Models to choose from, and along with that, we are flexible to offer an option of selecting a combination of these models to suit various phases of the project cycle.

Different engagement models

Fixed Price Model

  • Our fixed time, fixed price model offers customers a low-risk option and can be employed when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. Deliverables, Costs and Timelines are clearly defined which guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
  • This model works best for customers with well-defined requirements and project schedules. And in case, the requirements are not fully clear, Etymon will help you to elaborate on your business needs.
  • For the project following this model, milestones-based payment schedules are reinforced for progress monitoring, and the customer pays the remaining pre-negotiated fixed price at the completion of project.

Time & Material Model

  • Our Time & Material Model becomes an attractive option when scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the outset. Under this model, we work hand in hand with our client for execution of end-to-end project. At times once the scope is frozen, the Time and Material project can also get converted to the Fixed Price model.
  • This model works best when there are many "unknowns" about a project. Since there is a degree of uncertainty, it is highly essential that all aspects of the project are taken into account clearly and a scope is kept for incidentals.
  • For the project following this model, you pay as per use of the hourly development efforts, and this is monitored through weekly timesheets and progress reports. Also based on project requirements, Etymon forms project teams with the required team members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure. Customers pay a monthly charge based on the size and composition of the team.

Cloud Staffing

  • "Cloud Staffing" means instead of filling the positions, we create a Cloud Team and then manage it to ensure the task you assign is completed.
  • This model works best for companies for whom there is a need to setup end-to-end development and support facility working as extension of their team. Also for clients who are in dynamic industries and scope of work keeps on changing even while we develop the application, this model works best as we don’t go back and forth for every change request that gets specified.
  • Based on the task and domain we take care of all the aspects of our Team such as identifying the right people, defining roles and compiling a team with a backup staff, setting up the process and standards, providing the necessary training and coaching, ensuring motivation of each member, carrying out monitoring and teambuilding, ensuring mutual communication between the team members and you, collecting and analyzing feedbacks to improve the result.
